How to: Routines 101
Having routines and sticking to them is essential for personal growth and security. How to: Routines 101 will give you tips and tricks on what routines to implement.
Nutrition and Hydration
- Drink 2-3l of sugar free drinks per day, preferably water, tea or fresh juices mixed with water.
- try to listen to your body, it will tell you if you’re hungry or just bored. Please remember to eat a small snack or drink in the morning of you’re not a breakfast person. Try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. You don’t need to eat everything, experience around and find out what tastes you personally.
- cheat days are totally okay, try not to feel bad about food, food is the fuel of the human body.
Sport and Fitness
- Try to find a sport that suits you. Go to your local sports club and find out what they’re offering. It also helps you to make new connections and to become more self confindent.
- Work on your stamina. Go running or swimming, go for walks, take the stairs whenever possible. A functional moving body is a blessing and you shouldn’t take it for granted.
Skincare and Hygiene
- I cannot stress about this enough: Skincare is essential. If you don’t know what your skin needs make an appointment with a cosmetician.
- Invest in your skincare and stick to it, trust the process and give your skin some time.
- Not everyone will consider your beautiful, but at least you can stay clean and fresh. Take care of your body hygiene!
